New article on mutual trust

The article  tackles the discrepancies between the initial goals of cooperation the  Area of Freedom Security and Justice of the European Union and the case law of the Court of Justice on the topic, claiming that the Court jurisprudence has increased formalities. Thus, EAWs became more complicated that extradition. The analysis embodies the consequenes of such phenomenon and offers possible solutions.
