New article on the right to appoint a lawyer in the issuing member state in EAWs

The article analizes the right to dual representation by a lawyer, in both issuing and executing states, in line with the objective of effective exercise of the requested person’s rights under Framework Decision 2002/584/JHA. It also investigates whether - and ifo so, to what extent - this right does indeed facilitate judicial cooperation.
